• In addition to safeguarding the stability of Taiwan’s economic growth, the implementation of this project is aimed at ensuring that in 2012 Taiwan will be endowed with fast, convenient and efficient transportation, a safe and disaster-free environment, an evenly high quality of life nationwide, and key strengths for competing internationally.
